The pressure transmitter is suitable for use in the following applications:

The UNIK5800 and UNIK5900 are compact and rugged versions of the high-performance UNIK5000 pressure sensing platform offering both flameproof/ explosion-proof or dust ignition protection by enclosure capability as required. Intrinsic safety options are also available. They provide a lightweight and cost-effective alternative to pressure gauges and switches in process and in oil and gas industry applications. Features of the UNIK5800/5900 include:

Druck's UNIK5000 configurator allows you to design your own pressure sensor for your specific application. With more than 200 million configurable combinations, the UNIK5000 configurator guides you through all available options to help you design the perfect pressure sensor for your application. At the end of this simple design process, you will have identified a specific field-proven high-quality Druck pressure sensor that meets your precise requirements with the part number you need to place an order.

Discover ADROIT6200 - the first release of ADROIT6000 industrial pressure sensors family

The ADROIT6200 is a high performance, robust pressure measurement device. It combines the best mechanical properties of micromachined silicon in a fully welded 316L stainless steel body with the latest digital processing capability to offer levels of accuracy, previously unavailable in a device of this type.

It offers a full suite of pressure measurements including gauge, absolute and differential references and pressure ranges from 200 mbar to 350 bar. Features include:

The RPS/DPS 8000 is the first product to incorporate the exciting new TERPS technology. TERPS is a resonant silicon pressure sensor technology platform that provides an order of magnitude greater accuracy and stability than current pressure measurement technologies. The new TERPS technology also extends the pressure range capability to high pressures and, by incorporating true pressure media isolation, greatly improves its suitability for use in harsh environments.

In addition to providing the performance and packaging improvements available with TERPS, the RPS/DPS8000 product line takes advantage of best practices to offer a wide range of pressure and electrical connections to enable a level of customization for your specific requirements never before available in the performance class of this sensor.

The 8000 series provides a fully isolated sensing element for harsh environments and pressure ranges to 70 bar (1,000 psi). The 8100 series exposes silicon to the media for ultimate accuracy at low pressures up to 3.5 bar (50 psi) and is particularly suited to barometry.

The combination of the power of the TERPS technology and the quality, reliability, and flexibility of the RPS/DPS 8000 Series offers a truly unique solution for high accuracy and high stability pressure measurement requirements. Features include:

The DPS5000 I2C from Druck, part of the UNIK5000 family, offers integrated digital electronics to enhance the performance level of the UNIK5000 Pressure Sensing Platform to levels unmatched by traditional analog sensors. It features an I2C digital interface, over which fully compensated readings of Pressure and Temperature are sent, as well as control of many functions of the device. Features include:

The PDCR1800 transducer (mV output) and the PTX 1800 transmitter (4 to 20 mA output) are the latest generation of fully submersible titanium high-performance sensors for the measurement of hydrostatic liquid levels. Features Include:

Applications:

The 1800 Series incorporates many enhanced features gained from experience in supplying thousands of sensors for small- and large-scale installations worldwide. Example applications include:

Potable water - From groundwater borehole to surface water level measurements in rivers, canals, and reservoirs.

Wastewater and remediation - Monitoring of secondary and outflow sewage levels and contaminated groundwater levels in landfill sites.

Tank Level - From land-based liquid storage vessels to on-board ship ballast tank monitoring.

Sea Water - Marine environmental applications, including tide gauging, coastal flood protection, and wave profiling, amongst others.

Success in motorsport depends on hundreds of components working together under extreme conditions, and Baker Hughes continues to develop Druck pressure transducers that give the ultimate performance. Druck motorsport sensors have become a world-leading product line used in Formula 1, World Rally Championship, and the Indy Racing League, amongst others.

The 4300 & 4400 Series are the latest in the range of products that for many years have been “fine-tuned” in design to suit all chassis and engine pressure measurement requirements.
